Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. However, if your product needs to be manufactured, this may extend the processing time. In such cases, we will notify you with an estimated timeline for completion and shipping. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may take a few additional days. In the event of any significant delay, we will contact you by email or phone.

Shipping Times

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination:

- Domestic (Europe): 
All shipments are dispatched from our gallery in Barcelona, Spain. Domestic shipping refers to locations within Europe.
    - Spain: Up to 3 business days.
    - Western Europe: Up to 7 business days.
    - Rest of Europe: Delivery may take additional time for remote locations.
    
- International: 
  - USA and Canada: 3-5 business days.
  - Rest of the world: 5-21 business days, depending on the destination.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination and shipping method chosen.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order using the tracking number provided.

Import Duties and Customs

For international orders outside the EU, import duties, taxes, and other customs-related fees may apply once the package reaches its destination. These additional charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Customs policies vary by country, and we encourage our customers to inquire about local regulations before making a purchase.

Important: We are not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures or any additional fees that may arise during the import process.

Undelivered or Refused Shipments

If an order is returned to us because the address was incorrect, the customer refused to pay import taxes, or the package was rejected by customs, we will contact you to coordinate a new shipment, which may incur additional costs. If you choose to return the product after refusing delivery, your refund will be the amount paid minus the shipping cost for both the initial delivery and the return.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Funky Art Gallery is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package shows as delivered but you did not receive it, we recommend first checking with neighbors or your building management. If you are still unable to locate the package, please contact the carrier to file a claim. While we are unable to replace lost or stolen items, we will do our best to assist you with the carrier’s claims process.
